Hello Nail Friends! My name is Marlee Shepherd, and I am an Ohio licensed advanced nail technician who owns Created By Marlee LLC! My specialties include hand painted nail art, luminary (builder gel) and gel extensions. All of my nail services include detailed cuticle work, precise product placement and clean polish application. I am a nail professional who is very detail oriented and intentional, meaning every appointment with me receives the same high attention to areas that can be commonly overlooked! My goal is always to create nails completely customized for you and provide a personal experience to everyone! I hope to have the chance to service you soon and give you the nails of your dreams!

Cancellation Policy

Age Policy: I only service clients 15 years old and older. I only use gel polish and personally do not feel comfortable working with any gel on children younger than 15 years old. Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason, I kindly ask for you to let me know with 48 hours or more notice. If it is less than 48 hours notice you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of your scheduled service. You will be able to reschedule your appointment once this fee is paid. Late Policy: I have a 10 minute grace period where you will still receive your service if you arrive within 10 minutes of your start time. After 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged a fee of 75% of your scheduled service. You will be able to reschedule your appointment once this fee is paid. No call No shows: If you do not notify me of cancellation and fail to show up to your appointment you will be charged the day-of cancellation fee of 75% of your scheduled service. You will also no longer be able to book with me in the future. First Time Clients: Please have bare nails for your first appointment with me, or be sure to add on a foreign removal to your appointment.
